Know when to buy,
hold or sell.
AlphaTeak is the investing co-pilot that watches every stock you own across US, UK, Canadian and Nigerian markets, scores each one on the quality of the business, and reaches you the moment something matters. It reasons like a value investor, and shows its work.
Your money is scattered, and no one is watching it.
Your stocks are in three apps, your spreadsheet is out of date, and you have no idea if your portfolio is actually balanced.
You watched a stock run from $50 to $200, then fall back to $120. Nobody warned you. Nobody told you it was overvalued at the top. Nobody said “consider taking some off the table.”
By the time you read the news, the move already happened. The tools that could have warned you cost $30,000 a year.
What is this business actually worth? Teak does the work.
It reads the filed statements, scores every holding across eight pillars of business quality, tells you what it is worth and what it would realistically take to get there, then keeps watching so you hear it first when the answer changes.
Eight pillars. One honest number.
Momentum and sentiment do not score here. The Teak Score is the sum of eight weighted judgements about the business itself, so a stock cannot buy its way to a high score with a good chart.
Same analysis, two lenses. The conclusion never changes between them.
A solid business going through a bad year, priced as if the bad year is permanent.
Trough EBIT margin of 11.2% sits inside the 10 year band. Net debt to EBITDA 1.4x, covered.
The work an analyst would do, on every name you own
Not a seven-field snapshot. Teak reads the actual disclosed statements, computes the awkward numbers in code so the model cannot get a sign backwards, and reconciles the evidence before it commits to a call.
Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow straight from the disclosure pages, including the one-off gains buried inside reported profit.
Piotroski F-Score, Altman Z-Score, ROIC, interest coverage, income quality, net debt to EBITDA, FCF yield, tangible book and more.
Through-cycle margins, the ROIC track record, buyback versus dilution, and how today's valuation compares with the company's own past.
The free cash flow growth today's price is quietly assuming, so you can judge whether the market is being sensible.
For cyclicals, Teak values the through-cycle earning power rather than extrapolating a boom year into forever.
Revenue by product and geography with year on year growth, plus classified insider buying and selling on every market covered.
Some names only make sense on a deep downside anchor. Teak labels that a floor and explains it, rather than printing a shocking target and letting you guess.
A target you can actually act on
A fair value of $505 is useless if the stock stalls at $470 and you hold out for the last dollar. Teak also publishes a realistic target: the level where the call has substantially played out. When price gets there, you get told, and the call is scored.
Signals that respect a long horizon
No buy, sell, hold whipsaw. A verdict signal fires when the thesis genuinely changes, and every push carries the reason and a clear next step.
When a holding runs well past fair value, Teak flags it, then goes quiet for a month so it is not nagging you out of a good position.
If a winner falls hard from its peak, you see the gains at risk in real money, and whether the business or only the price has changed.
Dips where the business is still intact, and a radar that remembers what you sold and tells you when it is cheap again.
A new filing triggers a fresh read automatically, and holders are notified with what actually changed in the numbers.
Calls that get scored, wins and losses alike
Most tools mark their calls to market forever, so nothing is ever wrong. Every directional call here resolves. It reaches its target and wins, the verdict flips against it and it is stopped, or six months pass and it expires. The whole wall is public and free to read before you pay anything.
I built AlphaTeak because I watched a position I loved run up, roll over, and give everything back, and not one of the apps I was paying for said a word about it.
The research that would have caught it exists. It just lives in terminals priced for institutions and written for people who already speak the language. This is that work, done properly, on the stocks you actually own, in a language you can act on. It will tell you when you are wrong, and it keeps a public score of when it was.
Every resolved call, including the losses, is public before you pay anything.
No brokerage, no order flow, no commission. AlphaTeak makes nothing when you trade.
Biometric locked, never sold, and your legacy passphrase never leaves your device.
A co-pilot that can act, not just answer
Teak sees your whole portfolio and net worth. Tell it what you did and it records the trade, logs the reason, adds the dividend, or updates an asset. Show it a photo of a broker statement or a dividend notice and it reads them in. It searches the web for live facts and never quotes a price or an FX rate from memory.
Four markets, two currencies, one portfolio
Pick any two display currencies and toggle between them everywhere. Holdings stay in their native market currency, aggregates follow your toggle, and dividend withholding and capital gains are estimated per jurisdiction. Nigerian investors also get an FX read that most global apps do not bother with.
Every buy, sell and dividend recorded, with the reason attached, so your activity reads like a story.
Auto pulled ex and pay dates, income net of withholding tax, and the cumulative cash a holding has handed back.
Stocks, cash, T-bills, property and debt in one curve, with a portfolio target and a net worth goal you can edit.
Cyclical troughs turning up, plus a whole market value, quality and dividend screener with an insiders buying badge.
A morning read on what moved and why, and a closing bell nudge. A reason is only claimed when the news actually supports it.
Biometric lock, and an encrypted plan that reaches the people you trust. The passphrase never leaves your device.
Free forever. Pro when it pays for itself.
No trial countdown, no card to start. The free tier stays free.
One sell you catch in time, or one bargain you do not sleep through, pays for years of this.
The cost of Pro is a rounding error against a single position you hold too long. That is the whole pitch.
Questions, answered
No. AlphaTeak provides analysis and education, not personalized financial advice. Every call comes with its reasoning and its sources so you can judge it yourself.
The opposite. AlphaTeak is built on long term value investing: intrinsic value, margin of safety, and through cycle earning power. It will often tell you to do nothing.
US equities and ETFs, the London Stock Exchange, the Toronto Stock Exchange, and the Nigerian Exchange. Johannesburg is next.
No, and that is deliberate. AlphaTeak never places trades or moves money. Add holdings by search, or photograph your statement and Teak reads them in.
Yes. Teak's record is free and open, including the calls that were stopped out. It would not be worth much otherwise.

and endures.
